This is Susan's famous pepper jelly. It's infused with our organic blend of peppers grown at 7H and has a "medium" sweet heat which is wonderful. Pair it with your favorite crackers and an aged white cheddar or with cream cheese and crackers. It also makes a great finishing touch on pork chops, chicken and fish!
